By accessing the Astha Graphics website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and corporate clients.

2. Wholesale & Corporate Eligibility

Astha Graphics primarily operates as a wholesaler and corporate supplier. Certain products may be subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ). We reserve the right to verify corporate credentials before fulfilling large-scale orders.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Payments must be made in full through our integrated payment gateways (UPI, Cashfree) or via approved corporate wire transfers before production begins for customized items.

4. Customization & Proofing

For engraved or personalized awards, we provide digital proofs for approval. Once a proof is approved by the client, Astha Graphics is not responsible for any typographical errors or design flaws that were present in the approved proof.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, designs, and trophy models featured on this website are the intellectual property of Astha Graphics. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited. Clients warrant that they have the legal right to use any logos or trademarks provided to us for customization.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
