1. Customized Items Policy
Most our products are customized with unique engravings, names, or logos. Please note that customized or personalized awards are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced, as they cannot be resold.
2. Manufacturing Defects & Errors
If there is an error on our part (e.g., wrong spelling despite correct proof approval) or a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Transit Damage
Trophies and crystal awards are fragile. We take extreme care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged:
- You must provide an Unboxing Video showing the damage as it was revealed upon opening the package.
- Report the damage to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for a replacement of the damaged parts or the entire unit as required.
4. Standard Items
Non-customized items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a credit note or refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
